Cordicity was founded by three professors at Linköping University Tino Ebbers, Anders Persson and Matts Karlsson. By combining their knowledge they managed to do a successful research, which had potential to revolutionize the diagnosis of cardiac function. The first successful study on Cordicity's solution was publicized in 2016. In 2018 this technology was evaluated on multiple patients and in 2020 they founded Cordicity.
